Can I return my artwork and get a refund?

If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply contact us and return the item(s) to us within 14 days of the order date along with your original invoice.

If you have any issues or your order simply hasn't arrived please contact us withing 14 days of your delivery due date.

We ask that you send the artwork back in the same condition as it was sent out to you and in the original packaging.

Your refund will be credited in the same manner and to the same account used to make the original purchase.

We regret that we are unable to refund the postage costs for any returns.

How long will a refund or return take?

Each artwork is individually printed and framed to order so we will be in touch with you to confirm your order’s time frame.

What if my order is damaged?

Occasionally accidental damage can occur. Please email us within 5 working days with your name, address, order number and photos of the damaged item(s) and let us know if you would like a full refund or a replacement.
